Awards of distinction are offered to members through numeric points accumulated for a variety of services within the association. The Distinguished Member Award is given in recognition of active member involvement in, and major service contribution to, the Alliance. The Fellowship Award is given in recognition of outstanding and meritorious service, long standing membership, and active participation with the Alliance.
The Alliance encourages you to reflect on, research and record the activities you have participated in and services you have provided as a member of the association. Then you are invited to submit an application for the Alliance Distinguished Member or Alliance Fellowship Award.
General Awards Information
Awards will be presented at the Alliance’s 2010 Annual Conference in New Orleans during a special ceremony.
Deadline:
The deadline for receipt of an award application is Friday, October 9, 2009. Award applications may be submitted via mail, fax or email.
Award Eligibility:
To be eligible for an award, the nominee must be a member of the Alliance for CME.

Alliance Distinguished Member and Fellowship Award
These awards are provided by the Alliance for CME.
Purpose:

Nomination Criteria:
To be considered for these awards,

The nomination must have been submitted by a member of the Alliance. |

A completed nomination application must be received at the Alliance office by the submission deadline. |
Evaluative Criteria:
Evaluation of the nominees for these awards includes consideration of,

Distinguished Member—30 total points for service. |

Fellowship Award—60 total points for service. |
