General Awards Information
Awards will be presented at the Alliance’s 2010 Annual Conference in New Orleans during a special ceremony.
Deadline:
The deadline for receipt of an award application is Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 5:00 pm CT.
Award Eligibility:
To be eligible for an award,

The nominee must be a member of the Alliance for CME. |
• |
At least one of the primary individuals involved in the planning, development and implementation of the activity must be a member of the Alliance and listed as a nominee. |

The nominated activity must have taken place within the specified time period. |
• |
A completed nomination application must include identification of related ACCME Criteria and Alliance Competency and completed Publication Release Form. |
• |
The activity/project may not be nominated for any other Alliance award. |
|
The nominee and recipients cannot be a member of the Award Selection Panel for which they are applying. |
• |
The activity/project may not have been the previous recipient of any other Alliance award. |
|
Only one application per nominee (person or organization) may be submitted per award category. |
